Today...I want to talk about my taste. 

Recently I'm enjoying to making "Namemono" which is kind of Miso.

To make it, you put the "Kouji", water & salt into vinyl bag and seal it closely.

Age them 5-10 days, then you can eat it.

I especially like to eat it dipped on cucumber, it is the local food of my hometown Chichibu,

named "Morokyu".

I suggest you choose "Morokyu" as a nibble while drinking Sake.

Please try it when you come to Chichibu!

I will talk about Japanese National Culture "Drifting"

Drifting refers to a driving technique and to a motor sport

where the driver intentionally oversteers,

causing loss of traction in the rear wheels through turns,

while preserving vehicle control and a high exit speed.

Most of Japanese youths compete thier techniques.

I have been doing drifting for 7 years since

I got drivers licence when i was 18 years old.

(But i crached my cars few times in my life cause of this)

I am always doing drifting at pablic street,

but this picture was taken when i wa doing drifting at Circuit place.

Do you think, is that cool??

Recently, "Drifting" is becoming popular day by day,

so if you never seen it, I strongly reccomend to see it.

I suggest, you will be surprised and able to see the other side of cars !!

Last weekend, I went "Enoshima" which is a beauty spot near by ocean to eat "Shirasu".

"Shirasu" is a sardine fry, and to eat them raw, they have to be fresh caught on that day.

This means, we won't know whether we can eat them or not until we get there. Luckily,

I was able to eat them and they were delicious.

For Japanese people, unlike in many other countries, it is normal to eat raw fish.

My grandfather was a fisherman, so I ate fish everyday since I was little. I really love to eat.

This week, I ate spicy noodle with my colleague.

It's very spicy and makes your lips sting, 

but you cannot resist the good taste.

There are tons of delicious food in Japan ,

so if you have chance please come and try them out!!

It was snowing on last Friday in Japan!!  It was very very much freezing....

There are not so much snow in Tokyo around this time.

That's why, everyone was excited about snowing, and enjoyed seeing a beautiful snow scene.

How is weather over there?

When it is rainning or snowing, there are a lots of traffic accident usually.

i hope everybody drives safely.
