Visit to Malawi Embassy

2009022511190000.jpgToday I visited Malawi Embassy which is located very close to our company in Tokyo. It takes only 20 minutes by walk.

First Secretary, Ms. Karonga gave me a warm welcome reception.

As we exchanged visits between Embassy and our office before, it was sociable atmosphere from the beginning.

Ms. Karonga who has a detailed knowledge of used car business gave me helpful advices on each issue.

One of the topic that we discussed was 'What's the easiest and smooth payment transaction method from Malawi to Japan?'.

Our advices will be as follows;

To transfer the fund from:
The National Bank of Malawi
Reserve Bank of Malawi

They don't need to make credit reference to Malawi Embassy for each bank transfer, as our company is already granted a blue-chip corporation in National Bank and Reserve Bank with a special commendation of Malawi Embassy.

Transferring the payment to our company is faster and smoother than other exporters with above reason. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you still have any problem and question.

Back to my visit to Embassy,

she was also happy with our article on the local news paper, Nation concerning our customer who has expressed satisfaction with quality of vehicle,
and promised that Malawi Embassy will keep supporting us.

I hope our improving service to Malawian customers and Malawi Embassy's continuous support to us will be directly linked to their satisfaction.

On July 2008, I went to Tokyo International Conference on African Development, which held in Yokohama Japan.

As a marketer of PicknBuy24.com, I must have a wider idea of "what are my customers like?", so that was the best opportunity for me to know African culture as well as people.

It was absolutely wonderful
exhibition, as more than African countries had their booth.

It was one of the the best coincidences that I met Mr Harrison Mandindi there.
He is the director of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
That was great experience for me to know the culture and current situation of Malawi through his lecture.

As we had been talking along, he told me that he has seen our website advertisement on his local paper, Nation. He seemed very surprised to know that I am the one who makes the ads.
And he told me that he is looking for a vehicle for  his daughter, Anita.

So, after the conference, he visited our office, and I introduced the best TOYOTA STARLET from our stock. He quite liked it eventually.
So, this is how I sent this beauty to my great friend in Malawi.

After he received the vehicle in Malawi, he and his daughter commented about our service and vehicle quality on their local paper, Nation.
Yes, the article with her happy face was published extensively. His beautiful daughter Anita is now bit more famous in Malawi :D

This is what all staff from PicknBuy24.com wish, "Make all customers happy".
Grateful voice and photos from them, makes us all joyful and motivated.
I am not talking about only sales staff, but also logistic staff and mechanics, they also wish the happiness for our customers from all around the world.

I look forward to YOU becoming one of them!!

"What a stupid idea!"

"How dare you can buy a used car online from ?"

You may hear those words.

BUT, it is actually an excellent idea to import a used vehicle only from Japan.

Why?

It is simple.

Quality of Japanese used vehicles is so much better than it of other countries' ones.

There are three major reasons why the quality is better.

Firstly, Japanese Makes are the best in the world.

Secondly, Roads are highly maintained, which allow a car to last longer.

The last, Japanese people drive safe.

However, you want to  choose carefully which company you buy from.

Chances are, you may get ripped off or even lose your money without

having your dream car.

Then who should I buy from?

Please, do a carefull research on companies before you buy any cars.

Once you are figured out with it, go ahead and buy it!

If you are a beginner for importing a car from outside of your country,

why don't you visit PicknBuy24.com

By the way. I am Sejin Kim from PicknBuy24.com. One of sales representatives.

I will do my best to make our customers happy.

See ya!

My name is Kazuya, I am also a sales staff here.

At this time, let me introduce myself.

I was born in Saitama, which is close to Tokyo.

When I was 15, I went to New Zealand and stayed there for  4 years in total,

so there I had so many friends who came from different countires, and that was the

really significant experience for me to know how huge the world was.

I learned how to drive in New Zealand as well, because I really liked cars

so I could not be patient to become 18 years old!

(You can get the driver's license from 15 in New Zealand, whereas in Japan, can only get it from 18!!)

My first vehicle was TOYOTA SPRINTER MARINO, and it had been driven very well!

Personally, I really love to drive sporty ones, so I am planning to purchase

TOYOTA SOARER for the next vehicle!

If you especially love sports cars, let's have a chat!

(Of course, you're welcome to talk about the other types of vehicles as well.)

Anyway, this is the reason why I work in this business, as I really would like to

send nice vehicles to customers from all over the world, and make them happy.

So, please do not hesitate to contact me regarding the vehicle!

I am very glad to help and make you grateful in any way!!
